The Church Road Streetscape Enhancement Strategy sets out a heritage-led vision to revitalise the commercial heart of Greystones while enhancing its historic character. Building on the Town Centre First Policy and the Greystones Public Realm Plan, the strategy focuses on creating a vibrant, accessible and climate-resilient streetscape through improved pedestrian and cyclist connectivity, restored tree-lined avenues, high-quality public spaces, outdoor dining opportunities, and nature-based planting. By celebrating local heritage, supporting businesses, and creating welcoming spaces for residents and visitors, the strategy provides a clear framework for the long-term regeneration of Church Road as a thriving town centre destination.
